Pros
Been with Commvault for the last 2 fantastic years working with smart people who have brought in great culture and environment. Working on some of the coolest technologies and products. Nice office facilities, gym, pool and lounge for relaxation. Good work life balance and our management encourages the same.
Cons
Company is growing and there some changes that are for good and need to adapt to the changes. Some of the benefits needs to be reworked.
