      Pros

      Simpana is a top-notch product and the strongest reason I had for joining. Great peers and immediate managers. Great pay!

      Cons

      Treats employees really badly. People get fired when they are burnt out. Because Commvault pays above market salaries its hard to leave. But they have to do it in order to keep people in the bad culture that is in the company. Do not care about the employees at all.
