Work from home that’s it with all my experience they already low balled me on pay but I was being optimistic that I could move up and my pay would increase down the line

Too many to list see review below STEER CLEAR RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT WORK HERE OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! When I saw the negative reviews on here I should’ve took notice then. However, I didn’t know it would be so bad. By far the worst, most unprofessional and discriminatory company I have ever worked for. I do not recommend people of color working here I was clearly the only POC on my team. I reached out to management about issues several times about staff and it was ignored and blown off. They also steal money from you and will not pay you for any overtime you work and break a lot of laws at this company I was put on unpaid leave basically laid off which is the most ridiculous and most unprofessional thing I ever heard of which was basically another way of them not handling my concerns and dismissing me. I did work out of state for this company but I will be filing a grievance with my local agencies and the big guys I’ll refrain from naming it here but yeah to make sure this company is thoroughly investigated if not shut down completely.
