Positive atmosphere and the opportunity is there to earn and learn
Cons
Hours are too long. In the beginning you need to work 50 hours a week. But the 2 plus hour long meetings are too much. You're also required to go to "school" on Saturday which ends up taking your entire Saturday. With all the meetings and school it ends up being 70 hours a week
