Pros
The interview process was easy and the ride day in the field was friendly enough. Other than the snow job you get up front, there are literally no pros. Selling a product in its winding down soon to be obsolete in a saturated market with low quality manufacturer. Only pro was getting out of there.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations of cold calls a day on foot (50)lol. Of course they don't tell you that in interview process. Turn and burn. Use new hires to farm territory and update CRM and senior reps cherry pick your database and you aren't aware. Go through a TON of entry level reps monthly. They provide 1 or 2 days of low quality training then you're expected to produce day 3. Fire people at moments notice no warning. Does not pay well. Top sales rep who's been there 7 years, constantly preasured, ridiculed by insecure owner and producing at plan only making 120k. Essentially just another company taking advantage of tough job market and using people. Run away as fast as you can and ignore all the big talk from owner. He's an insecure ego maniac who talks out his neck.
