The company is run by a family with an Owner who is an ego maniac. He brainwashes his employees with 8 hours of "inspirational" talks twice a week from 4 to 8 p.m. every day. the guy literally put on a tony robbins head set and turned on p.a. speakers to talk to 4 people that were 5 eet away from him in his "boardroom". You are sent in teams out in the field to literally walk for 5 hours a day door to door to business that have been canvassed by the business 3 months prior by another new sales guy that left. the commissions are low and the owner will pressure you to hang out with him at his house on the weekend and after work as well. All in all the owner is creepy. his daughters are unprofessional that work for the company and the only sane person is the hot HR lady that needs to leave and find a better job
