Compass Coffee is such a welcoming and amazing place when it comes to organization of trainings and onboarding of new employees. They make sure all of their new hires are cared for and enjoy their job!

Depending on which location you work at, some locations can have different customer bases and crowded levels which can make it difficult to keep up.
