- Lack of meaningful communication with district management - Scheduling issues (company is wildly understaffed) - May make you travel to other cafes on your day(s) off with no notice - Constantly changing standards on uniform requirements, drink standards, promotions - Constant poor maintenance (espresso machines, grinders, cold brew system, dishwasher, restroom, washing machine, etc.) - NO TIPS!
