      Paid well and supervision is flexible and understanding. 12 hour shift are also nice if you like to get your hours out of the way.

      Poor training so things become inconsistent.

      Fast pace. Caring owners and providers. Very flexible with schedules. Room for growth. Higher end of pay scale for area.

      Cons

      Growing too fast. Needs better pay schedule and take experience into consideration and be consistent with pay schedule across the board.

      Bounced paychecks, no insurance but it continues to come out of your check, extra work but no extra pay, horrible communication
