Pros
As someone who just got their Florida residential 215 License less than 4 months ago, I started here and they walked us through everything..including all the expenses covered for courses and help setting them up, setting up appointment with carriers, giving you a work e-mail and phone number, and paid for and set up 7 more state licenses.
Cons
Very tight oversight and time tracking. If on the phone system you can not pause for long or the managers who are bouncing around the calls to check in on us can tap in and that can be stressful and you need to hit a minimum of 25 sales per month to be given the commission you earned for the sales..even if the client succesfully approved for the coverage and remains in your book of business if you do not hit that 25 per month you do not get the extra comission pay, just the base.
