Micromanagement from the executive office trickling down to all roles in the company 6. Vindictive behavior to block future employment opportunities 7. Backstabbing in management to get ahead 8. No value for quality work just quantity 9. Upper management is like a mean girls clique... They make fun of lower level employees and only promote their friends 10. Unethical advancement and hiring/firing practices (favoritism)
