      Great call center mgr, can use up to -32 pto hrs (good & bad), good holiday party (best part of the job entirely)

      Cons

      First year you only earn 1.5hrs off pto per pay period, low pay vs expectations, COO is disconnected from the realist day to day, no opportunities to advance, high turnover

      Food all the time from reps !

      Cons

      Harassment, toxic, bullying!! Ruin one's self confidence!! Terrible environment. Employee gets away with harassing other employees mean while managers watches it all go on and does nothing about it!!
