- Good learning experience early in my career - Decent pay and bonus plan

- Lack of training for new employees. Employees are expected to know how to do their job without any proper training or adequate time to learn. - Unhealthy work environment. Leadership was rude, yelled, and shut down employees down regularly - No respect for employees as individuals. Their business model requires the company to "burn through employees." - HR regularly responded to personal issues with inappropriate comments and a lack of concern for personal well-being.
