Encourage not to work at Lenovo - Anonymous employee Computer Task Group Employee Review

The management is awful. They don't care if you're a contractor trying to advance in your career even though if you have a Bachelors degree in IT or anything. You will not have a lot of benefits from them. You will not get Paid Time Off while you're on vacation. Also, the manager for CTG does not help you advance for jobs whenever you tell them that you put in a few jobs through CTG website. "Oh yeah, we will put a good word in for you" which never did. Any of the managements there will fuss at you if you talk to someone in another department. There is no life working at this place. They don't listen to your concerns or needs to improve THEIR (LENOVO) company. They will steal your ideas and use it on their own. Yeah they might give you $50 gift card but contractors do not get RAISES. They are stuck same pay for years. I'm really disappointed that they treated all their employees there. There is a high turnover at this place. Some people dont see it.
