Pros
1. You get federal holidays off but even better they are unpaid and if you want to be paid you have to pull out of your PTO 2. You want insurance? Great they have it! But it takes 3 months plus an additional 30 days for you to be able to use it. 3. Promotion means you get to work less and not as hard as the people under you 4. They give quarterly bonuses! The catch is no matter what you do you won’t qualify for it 5. Flexible locations to work from - they make you work at the furthest one from your home!!!
Cons
1. Working OT means that your paycheck is the same as it typically is. 2. Customers are allowed to verbally assault you. 3. Overworked and under staffed! You’ll never have to work out another day in your life bc you’ll be walking 4-6 miles a day! 4. Good employees are not rewarded and bad employees are not punished. 5. If your goal is to hate your life this is the job for you! 6. This survery does not allow me to put 0 stars - if I could I would because they are not even worth 1 star.
