Pros
I have worked at Concentra for several years now. I have found the organization to be respectful and kind to their employees. They seem to really care and treat them like family. Concentra will really look out for them if you show them your loyalty.
Cons
There is often change, and even if it is good, change is always hard. It always means new processes and procedures, which can be difficult to learn or understand.
