      Pros

      My supervising physician and MAs were the best.

      Cons

      Patients were constantly rude. Management never backed up employees when it came to patient complaints.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
