      Pros

      Somewhat close knit employees. Great physical therapy department, everyone is willing to help out in terms of employees and their patients. Great patient rapport.

      Cons

      working for the larger corporation and seeing the patient care based off of those standards. Higher stress on employees due to the demand on meeting minimum patient quotas for the day/week/month.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
