8yThanks for taking the time to provide feedback. Like any medical facility, daily patient volume can fluctuate from one day to the next. To ensure visit volume is maintained at a manageable level, leadership reviews daily visits to align with staffing so our colleagues can focus on doing what's best for every patient without being overloaded. In Chicago, we do employ 2 float pools to help provide call-off coverage. We also go to great lengths to recognize strong performance among our colleagues, often promoting from within, including three operations leaders in the Chicago market last year. We work closely with our leadership teams on center dynamics to ensure a positive experience for both our patients and colleagues.
