      24 hour center, flexible hours , great staff, great first job to start your MA career

      Cons

      Overnight schedules , no Holiday pay, work weekends. Expensive healthcare

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
