8yThank you for your feedback regarding your experience as a medical assistant with Concentra. As an organization, we work to ensure that our colleagues are given the opportunity for education and training for each role within our centers. It is always disappointing to hear that a colleague has not had the experience that we pride ourselves on providing. Our goal is to ensure a workplace that treats everyone fairly and provides opportunities for growth. Some of the things we have done to improve our hiring process and retention of quality medical assistants include a pre-screen that includes a hands-on skills test, one on one coaching with a preceptor to learn the skills needed to perform the tests for our patients, and an incentive plan focused on customer service and providing a best in class experience for our patients.
We value all feedback as it relates to our hiring, training, and engagement with our colleagues. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, we will use it to ensure consistency across all of our centers.
