As an organization, we work to ensure that our colleagues are given the opportunity for education and training for each role within our centers. It is always disappointing to hear that a colleague has not had the experience that we pride ourselves on providing. Our goal is to ensure a workplace that treats everyone fairly and provides opportunities for growth. Some of the things we have done to improve our hiring process and retention of quality medical assistants include a pre-screen that includes a hands-on skills test, one on one coaching with a preceptor to learn the skills needed to perform the tests for our patients, and an incentive plan focused on customer service and providing a best in class experience for our patients. We value all feedback as it relates to our hiring, training, and engagement with our colleagues.
