Pros
Relitively laid back offices, time off when requested. Management is sympathetic to personal issues.
Cons
Unfortunately employees don't know how to sit down and do thier work, instead they would rather discuss everything and they do not know how to leave personal issues at home. There is no motivation by management to stay in the position. Unfortunately the good employees are forced out long before thier work outshines thier pitfalls. There is an uneven ratio of women to men in the workplace, which is a shame because this is a "leader" in health services. It often seemed like they didn't even try to employ males. Unrealistic policies that do not allow flexibility for warnings. Management that does not get rid of people who are never there to work but instead they reward those people with keeping thier jobs and fire the good ones.
