Pros
The pay was above market for the same or similar position at least for the manager and the Medical Assistants. It was great to have the PTs onsite with the medical providers for patients. There were several good attempts while I was there to provide policies and procedures for staff to use for training and process improvement.
Cons
The amount of information employees are required to learn and memorize is ridiculous. There were only a handful of employees who could manage the information and these employees had been at the company for several years. The expectations were high and the pay, while higher than market at the beginning, soon became poor when compared against all the ways the company found to tell you and the staff how deficient you were. The wait times for patients was often untenable; driving down the staffing ratio and then blaming the staff.
