Pros
The sales training given over the last few years has been phenomenal. It is very comprehensive information that can be used as you make your way through your sales career. Concentra has really invested a great deal of time, effort and money into the sales teams, company-wide. Involvement/support from CEO, Jim Greenwood, is incredible. He is a very "hands on" leader and works hard to make sure the culture at Concentra is a positive one for employees, customers and patients. He really makes employees feel valued. The Mission, Vision and Values are inspiring.
Cons
IT systems (Lotus Notes and proprietary customer database) are horrible and very outdated. Health care benefits. Sales compensation plans-they are based on too much that is out of a sales person's control but yet we experience lower commission/bonuses because of these factors (primarily operational).
