      Pros

      A good job with good benefits for anyone in between a dream career and the dregs. Very supportive and often fun culture if you keep up with the work and make friendsz

      Cons

      The work is fast-paced and the employees can seem 'cliquey', but these are transcendable cons.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
