Pros
-Flexible schedule as account executive with ability to work from home. -Great sales training. -New CRM microsoft dynamic system is very helpful. -Upper management on the sales side are very helpful.
Cons
-Extreme division between sales and all other disciplines. -Unrealistic sales goals and constantly changing commission structure. -Selling a product you have absolutely no control over (health care). -When the center messes up or any issues occurs sales is always to blame. -Very stressful work environment.
