Pros

Connector makes you feel like you're part of a family. My supervisors are fantastic, understanding, and easy to talk with. I love talking with my "customers", which are other employees, you will meet the most awesome people in the company.

Cons

There's not a whole lot of room to move up at Concentra's call center. I wouldn't recommend making this a permanent job if you're looking for rapid advancement. More specifically for the "Local Account Support Team" which is just one branch, you're held to standards that no one else abides by. If you want 30 minute lunches this is the team for you. If you like being marked late if you're a minute late then this is the team for you (Systems are slow to start so you have to get there early).

Pros

The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

Cons

No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
