1. Diversity amongst sales organization is non existent. 2. Constantly changing sales commission plan to the disadvantage of sales team. 3. Inconsistent support from upper management 4. Each division blames the other for any shortcoming i.e. medical blames operations; operation blames sales when revenue $ are not obtained 5. Redundant upper management
