Thank you for your insights into your experience as a Project Sales Manager with Concierge Auctions. The PSM role is certainly high risk / high reward, and with full-time travel while on assignment, we understand it requires a deep commitment and unique skill set. Change is especially constant for our outside sales teams, and we ask our team members to be flexible and adaptable. In regard to your comments on expenses, we would need more particulars to address this concern. PSMs are paid on the net profit of their assignments within 10-15 days after funding, which is transparent due to our Open Book Financials; however, we are always considered whether/how it can be more streamlined.
