Pros
Pros only for a few employees, who were known to the co-founder before joining this firm. There are around 5-6 employees here who literally receive every benefit from the owner and these 5-6 employees do politics with other employees.
Cons
There are no senior managers as such with actual management skills, who are able to look after a team. There is no HR. Here you will actually understand that why HR department is necessary for a company. There are kids hire by co-founder from his previous organization and they have been provided with senior positions and therefore they are in awe with the co-founder and these kids bark orders to other employees and have no professional ethics. The professional ethics are lacking straight from the top boss.
