Pros
Lots of projects. Deep FDOT Connections.
Cons
Upper management are chronic micro-managers. Every decision is questioned. Why have a project manager if everything needs to be run by & approved by the higher ups? They expect Condotte to be the most important thing in your life, above your family & well being. Any time earned PTO is requested they would treat it as if was a massive favor they were doing by approving. There is this constant air of mistrust, as if every employee is trying to screw the company. If you do not trust me as an employee, then you should not have me as an employee! Salary is well below the average for your position. They've lost various good long term employees because they would not match a better offer another company made, & these were hard working, dedicated employees who were assets to the company. They have this attitude like you should be honored & lucky to be employed by them. Once I left Condotte & began working at another company I saw what a difference it was! Leaving Condotte was the best career decision I've ever made & I couldn't be happier now!
