Offensive and a bully - Anonymous employee Conga Employee Review

I was very troubled to read your comments on our Management team in EMEA. This is not the culture that we have built at Conga, and this review was extremely painful to read. At Conga, we place our highest value on our people and we consistently strive to ensure that each member of our team is valued, supported, and successful. Our core values are central to everything we do at Conga. These values were created to promote a team of passionate individuals, striving for success and working together to win as a team. Reading your claim of offensive language and bullying of employees are actions that are completely unacceptable at Conga. We investigated these allegations and found they were completely without merit. Had we found otherwise, we would have taken immediate and appropriate action.
