* Opportunities to work on complex projects
* Some team members are nice
* Compensation was average

* Company wants to grow without investing in its technology. CEO sells products with unrealistic timelines and the expects team members to work crazy hours.
* I was in multiple meetings where employees yelled at each other. It seems that behavior is rewarded by CTO and CEO. Was even threatened a couple of time by the boss and team member.
* Constant demands to work over the weekend.
