I have worked here at Connect America for almost 4 years. In the 4 years I have been here I have been promoted twice. I enjoy my job and the people I work with . I feel the company is moving in a positive direction and has implemented changes to make them more appealing to job seekers.
Cons
It takes a while for new opportunities within the company to present themselves. Salary increases for promotions are inconsistent.
