Nice place to work, good pay and benefits for what you do there. Easy, and you really are satisfied with helping people.
Cons
Guidance from managers was rather vague, and sometimes we did not get instruction as precisely as we would like. It wasn't cohesive. Also, hard to get a hold of HR.
