Good Benefits, Good Overtime Compensation, Good Location.
Cons
Conceptual design work is done by seniors staff while juniors and intermediates work as technicians for many years. Very high turn-over rate for junior and intermediate staff (lay-offs common). Poor communication from senior staff to juniors. Poor pay.
