Pros
Flexibility in schedule and work location (department specific).
Cons
I regret to say my experience at ConnectiveRx has been disappointing. While leadership often speaks about driving change and improving processes, there is a significant gap between rhetoric and reality. Initiatives for improvement lack the necessary support, leaving teams to struggle against stakeholders who resist change and continue with outdated practices. This undermines the potential for meaningful progress and creates a sense of futility among employees. Communication within the company is poor, and employees often feel left in the dark about decisions that directly impact their roles. Worse, there seems to be a lack of fairness in how people are treated, which further erodes trust and morale. The culture is, unfortunately, toxic. Unprofessional behavior is tolerated, even at the highest levels of leadership, and this attitude trickles down through the organization. This has created an environment where negativity thrives, making it challenging to stay motivated or feel valued. There is potential for improvement if leadership prioritizes better communication, fairness, and accountability, but as it stands, I cannot recommend ConnectiveRx as a positive workplace.
