Management Favoritism: Management looks after friends and family,
Poor Internal Communication, Job roles and titles are changed overnight without communication or HR involvement (HR is useless, ineffective, often absent, and unresponsive.)
Disregard for Staff: Leadership openly states they do not care about staff or their families.
Client Mismanagement, Onboarding clients with technologies the company cannot support, e.g., Gsuite, without sufficient expertise. When I was there not one of the engineers was Google certified, I was raising this as an concern to top management for over 2 years.
Disrespect Towards Clients, Management internally calls clients stupid.
Staff concerns and negative feedback lead to victimization.
Long Working Hours: Employees average 50-60 hour weeks, though overtime is paid.
Blame-shifting and competition between divisions.

Management does not invest in upskilling engineers, despite clients paying for expertise.
