Pros

The clients are superb. It's great to have the caliber of clients that are seeking services to move them forward.

Cons

I find it interesting that each comment by Constant on the negative posts on employees is the same copy and paste. There is no attention to what issues have been mentioned here. Please take a look at the inability to address the facts of the culture because it feeds into what I'm about to say. No one is listening. The culture is toxic. There is no accountability for toxic behavior. Morale is low. No one is held accountable for their behavior and there is a blind eye to the toxicity that is running rampant through the company. This company will continue to be a revolving door, and it will continue to be difficult for staff until issues are addressed. People are held accountable for conversations never held because project manager's and task leads don't talk to the staff assigned as support. You either do as your told and accept their condescending comments/remarks or you are made out to be the bad person. If you vocalize what the issue is, you are silenced or criticized for trying to be constructive. It truly is toxic. I do advise staying away. Also, the best places to work designation is a false. The comments lending to moving forward and creating a healthy environment are ignored. My advisement is not to work here unless you are OK with being belittled around individuals that refuse to talk. It's a virtual environment which lends to the inability to have healthy conversation about issues. Stay away or your mental health because of what's dished out will be impacted. Integrity is not a value as they advertise as being one of things they focus on.

I am grateful for your feedback. Candid and specific feedback is a cornerstone of our approach. We address issues at the highest level and hold people accountable when appropriate. I also strive to connect with each team member 1:1 throughout the year. While we have many avenues for feedback, I will continue checking that team members feel comfortable sharing issues and confident they will be addressed. This is especially important in a virtual environment. Working at a small, quickly growing company isn’t for everyone. Growth causes rapid and continual change, especially in our field. I trust our team members to be nimble and proactive amidst broad and shifting guidance; that trust is reflected in our flexible policies (e.g., working hours and unlimited PTO). I respect that this environment can be more difficult for those who benefit from more rigid, pre-defined structures. I will continue to ensure we are communicating this as we engage candidate team members. To directly address your comment about health benefits, we previously offered a stipend to help cover health benefits costs. Now we offer a robust national healthcare plan, including a 100% company-paid option for team member coverage. I appreciate your positive comments regarding our clients. We’re honored to have gained their trust and our team does an amazing job building strong and productive relationships. This is reflected in our healthy year-over-year growth and meaningful impact on our communities. Pros

Unlimited PTO and they make sure you are not taking less PTO than normal. If you want to learn or grow in an area they will help you gain experience.

Cons

It would be better if they had more clear direction and consistent processes for educational opportunities.
