Cons

- There is no flexibility in working from home. - Work/Life balance is terrible. - I worked 9-10 hours a day. - When someone quits. they take 3 weeks - months to hire a replacement. - If you leave on time, there is an inside joke that you are leaving "early". - A lot of the employees are related somehow. (Father Son/ Siblings/ etc) - Lacks diversity. - The workload is overbearing.
