      Once you finally proved yourself, you had consistent work.

      Cons

      You had to fight for work by being the first on the job board. The work delegation was solely dependent on Team Leads so you had to make sure you were rubbing elbows with the right people to get work.

      Pros

      I have amazing clients, work schedule, work environment, and amazing team members. If I ever need any type of support, they are always there no questions asked. This company is great to work for especially if you want to work from home.

      N/A - I have not had any problems since working with CVA.

      The only pro is the Work/Life Balance

      Cons

      - Management is unprofessional and extremely catty - They terminated my contract on my birthday with no formal communication. I found out by not being able to log in with my information. This was after being acknowledged for my good work.
