Reactive more often than proactive.

This company very much has a culture of appreciation. While I was contracting here, I saw company-wide emails sent out frequently thanking somebody for having stepped up and taken care of something, and that attitude was spread throughout the company in my experience. And everybody was very helpful and invested in the success of others. 10/10 would come back if circumstances permit.

Didn't have the chance to get to know as many people there as I would have liked, but I was on a short-term contract.
