Pros

Seemed OK at first - some of the people on the team are talented.

Cons

CEO and his sister are full of ego which is funny because they advertise the opposite. Unfortunately for them (and all of the good people they've lost) that's not worked out so well. 15 years or so in business and still basically paying for reviews to try and get a little bit of market share.

Pros

It's a great team with an excellent outlook. We've hired and brought on some extremely smart and driven people, and the product is superb. I'm so excited for the future of the company!

Cons

Continu values performance, so if you don't want to be accountable to the mission of the business, it might not be the best fit for you. I personally love this about Continu though!

Pros

There are some great people on the team.

Cons

- Much of leadership lacks experience and diverse perspective which makes evolving difficult. - CEO is constantly changing his mind. Gets a suggestion and it's like "yes that's great, let's do it"...until the next suggestion and then he has a different opinion. It's one thing to consider the advice of trusted colleagues but multiple streams of advice don't help unless you're able to evaluate the information and draw a firm conclusion. - Feedback is only taken if it's a compliment. There is no room for constructive feedback from employees or customers. Unless you think the product is perfect, or you are the largest revenue customer, you won't have a voice at the table. -Things operate very short term and direction often changes before anyone can tell if the last idea made any impact. -Diversity? No -Nepotism? Yes -Some leaders lack the ability to have tough conversations and therefore team members get let go before being made aware that they were doing something "wrong" -The offboarding process is abysmal - employees are used to boost egos and once they're no longer needed they're disposed of. Management burns bridges with every single person who leaves regardless of whether the departure was voluntary (and respectful) or involuntary. Former employees on the other hand all seem to have solid relationships which points to employees maybe not being the problem.
