Pros

Great coworkers! There are also 1-2 great managers!

Cons

Really bad benefits. Really low pay. Really poor leadership. The product doesn’t compete well in the market (in reality it doesn’t compete at all). The company’s obsession with EBITDA drives almost everything. Every decision feels geared toward squeezing a little more profit out of the business rather than making it a better place to work or a better company for customers. It feels like they’re putting makeup on the company for a future payout instead of investing in its future. The people paying the price are the employees and customers. The people benefiting seem to be the founders. Nepotism is also a significant issue. Family members appear to be given opportunities and positions that aren’t always earned on merit, and it’s not uncommon to see the same people shuffled from one department to another regardless of performance or qualifications. The result is an organization that often feels more concerned with protecting insiders than developing talented employees or building a stronger company. I would strongly caution anyone looking for stability, professional development, or real career growth. Continuant is where careers go to stall out. Too many talented people have spent years there only to find themselves in the exact same place they started. Don’t make the same mistake many of us did

Pros

Good size company with a small company feel. I am always amazed at how much everyone celebrates victories by their colleagues! Great opportunity to grow with the organization if you are willing to put in the work. Excellent HQ in Fife with pickleball, massages, chiropractor, and doctor on site.

Cons

I have no cons to write.
