Great company, very responsive and proactive.

Federal contracting company, so opportunities depend on government contracting.

Appreciate their small team that was very positive, welcoming, and responsive. Willing to work with special circumstances. Good connections with gov't agencies to get good contracts.

Could work on more proactive communication (although when we gave them this feedback, they immediately made changes to work on it - greatly appreciated). Could be more transparent with annual raise process.
