Pros
Extremely interesting work, early exposure to clients, very little micro-management, good office location and plenty of opportunities to travel. A generally very friendly working environment among highly educated and interesting people from all sorts of backgrounds.
Cons
Poor salary with zero transparency over how salaries are determined, no willingness to listen to (or help) staff struggling with (sometimes, impossible) workloads, very little voiced appreciation for good work, no concern over work-life balance or respect for leave time and weekends. Misleading pledges over career development and promotion.
