      Hard to say....ability to work from home was nice

      Horrible management. Upper management completely disconnected from what actually went on. Unrealistic expectations.

      Pros

      Direct manager and team was fantastic.

      Cons

      No career advancement. Built a team around a product they couldnt figure out how to deliver, outsourced 90% of the work to contractors in India, and disbanded when the VP couldn't launch anything.
