You learn from the best group of marketers and the job brings good opportunities. Really good people worked here and the Owner is a great person! It felt like family.

No downsides. I even referred my friend to work here. She got the position and took over my role.

Convergent1 (SA4i at the time that I worked there) kept me on my toes and constantly challenged me with unexpected, yet solvable, client needs. Though my title was "Senior SEO Analyst," I spent lots and lots of time doing site development, troubleshooting, and implementing custom coding as well. The team was always awesome and willing to go the distance on any project.

A small team means you wear many hats, and that could make prioritizing a challenge. The company's incoming cash flow was very tight at the time as well, making bonuses and raises... tight. Other than that, though, there was nothing I would really list as a "con."
