Terrible company culture and home life/ work balance - Lineman Cooper/T. Smith Employee Review

They want you to be at their beck and call. Terrible home life/ work balance. When they need you to work they will bend policies, but once they don't need you to work, then they want to stick to the book. Who wants to work 100 hours/week just for an okay check? Extremely underpaid for the dangerous work that is being done. Confusing management structure, too many people in management want to be the 'boss' until you need something then they want to pass you on to the next person so they don't have to deal with it. Too much favoritism. They want to deny that it happens but it is super obvious.
