Awful company in general, you’ll be worked until you’re completely burnt out and then threatened with being sacked if you’re off work sick due to the stress. Not uncommon to work very long days with little breaks, there’s no work life balance at all. Management have no idea what they’re doing, and never listen to the drivers. Routes are ridiculous, there’s no common sense when planning them. They expect loyalty yet will threaten a disciplinary or the sack if you speak up for yourself. Salary is not good for the amount you work.
